Scooby-Doo is an American animated television series created by Hanna-Barbera. The show tells the adventures of four teenage friends and their dog, Scooby-Doo, solving mysteries involving supposedly supernatural creatures through a mixture of detective work and occasional violence.The show was originally broadcast from 1969 to 1975 on CBS. In 1988, the show was rebooted for ABC as The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries; it ran for one season until it was cancelled in 1989. A second reboot occurred in 2002 for Cartoon Network, which ran for two seasons until 2004.
